How To Make It Milk
Pudding
Ingredients :
1. Agar-agar powder cocoa, 2 packs
2. Sugar, 100 grams
3. Liquid
milk chocolate, 600 ml
4. Concentrated cooking
chocolate, 100 grams, melted
5. Chocolate paste,
1 teaspoon
6. Salt, to taste
For The Sauce:
1. Milk, 250 ml
2. Cornstarch, 1
teaspoon
3. Sugar, 50 grams
4. Salt, to taste
5. Vanilla powder,
1/4 teaspoon

Egg yolks, 1 egg, beaten
How to Make it:
1.
Mix gelatin, sugar,
milk, and salt. Stir
well and simmer over medium heat
until boiling, stirring frequently so as
not to break.
2. Enter cooking
chocolate soupy, cook until
chocolate dissolves. Remove, add the pasta
chocolate and stir well.
3. Pour boiling
jelly into a mold that has been soaked in water. Freeze.
4. Sauce: Boil the
milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt and vanilla to the boil. Take 1 tablespoon vegetable
stew milk, pour in
the egg yolks. Stir well.
5. Pour the yolk
mixture back into
the boiling milk. Boil until boiling and
thickened, stirring frequently. Remove
and let cool.

Remove the pudding from the mold and serve pudding with vanilla sauce.
